Abstract	Дисертація присвячена розвитку теоретичних положень та науково-методичних підходів впровадження реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів на підприємствах промисловості України. У дисертації досліджено теоретичні, методичні та практичні питання впровадження реінжинірингу бізнес-процесів та вітчизняних промислових підприємствах. Зокрема проаналізовано сучасний стан промисловості України та сформовані передумови впровадження кардинальних методів економічного та організаційного покращення, одним з яких є реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів. Систематизовано ризики його реалізації. Розроблено науково-методичний підхід оцінки стану бізнес-процесів підприємства за допомогою показників динамічного стану їх функціональних показників. При цитуванні документа, використовуйте посилання http://essuir.sumdu.edu.ua/handle/123456789/36700 The thesis deals with development of theoretical statements and scientific-methods approaches in implementation of business process reengineering at the Ukrainian manufacturing enterprises. Theoretical, methodic and practical questions concerning implementation of business process reengineering at the native manufacturing enterprises are investigated in thesis. Modern condition of Ukrainian production sector is analyzed; factors of implementation of principal methods of economic and organization improvement, namelybusiness process reengineering, are formed. Risks of implementation of business process reengineering are systematized. Scientific-methods approach of state estimation of enterprises business processes is developed due to performance indicators of its functional stream. Organizational-economic mechanism of reengineering implementation is planned taking into account adaptation efforts and government control of production sector’s innovation process. Practical estimation of reengineering of basic business process “Production Job” at the machine builder “Promtechkomplekt” is realized taking into account author’s scientific-methods approaches. Condition indicators of business processes after reengineering showed the effectiveness of its implementation.
