Abstract	Theoretical approaches to improvement of economical motivation of production ecologization at state level are formed in the work by the author. In particular, basic problems of activity ecologization of domestic enterprises are exposed, economic methods of ecologization production motivation at state level are analyzed and defects are discovered, formed approach to determination of choice criteria of optimum methods of motivation.
