Abstract |
Owing to the wide range of zinc oxide applications as the base material of creation of gas sensors, sensors of various types of radiation, devices of micro- and optoelectronics, it has attracted a great attention of researchers. Due to a large band gap Eg = 3.37 eV, ZnO can be used as window and conductive layers of solar cells. |
