Abstract	На підставі аналізу даних літератури та власних спостережень автори стверджують, що плевректомія - це відновно-реконструктивне втручання. Разом з тим, через складність і травматичність воно нерідко супроводжується різноманітними інтраопераційними ускладненнями, зокрема, загрозливими для життя - в 1,1% спостережень і небезпечними для здоров`я - у 13,8%. Визначені щляхи попередження і подолання можливих ускладнень. Nevertheless, this procedure, due to its complexity and traumatism, not infrequently is complicated by various intraoperative complications, in paricular, the life threatening - in 1,1% observations and dangerous for helth - in 13,8%.
