Abstract According to the current legislation of Ukraine, a citizen of Ukraine, a foreigner, a stateless person and any other person has the scope of rights and obligations determined by the Constitution of Ukraine, the Civil Code of Ukraine, the existing legal acts of Ukraine and international treaties.
