Abstract	The model is offered for calculation of the working process of compressor stage having piston sealing without lubrication. The calculation of self-lubricating journal bearing is offered. The parametrical analysis for the purpose of developing optimal design of bearing and sailing is given. The sealing working resource and technical-economic figures are confirmed experimentally.
