Abstract	Authors cite the given literature data according to which pleural effusion syndrome (PES) in most cases lasts from several weeks till 15 months. Verification of the process, which became the reason of the effusion, thereof, in some cases remains impossible. With the purpose of overcoming of these difficulties authors offer multiple pleural biopsy procedure. The authors show the advantages of the offered technique based on the big clinical material.
