Abstract |
In the present study, the properties of copper oxide thin films prepared by spray pyrolysis were investigated at different substrate temperatures (573 – 723 К) and at constant spraying volume of precursor. The compositions, structural and morphological properties of the films were investigated by field emission scanning electron microscopy, atomic force microscopy and Raman spectroscopy. |
