Abstract	В статті розглянуто процес становлення нормативно-правової бази в сфері освіти в історичному аспекті. Було визначено періоди становлення та кожен із них був охарактеризований. Автори проаналізували новий Закон України "Про вищу освіту". В статье рассмотрен процесс становления нормативно-правовой базы в сфере образования в историческом аспекте. Были определены периоды становления и каждый из них был охарактеризован. Авторы проанализировали новый Закон Украины "О высшем образовании". In the article the process of establishing of legal framework in the educational sphere was analyzes in historical perspective. It was determined stages of the formation and each of them was described. The authors analyzed the new Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education".
