Abstract |
The analysis of offered combined balloon shows, that the overall performance of the classical form combined balloon can be considerably increased by a replacement of the balloon cylindrical (glass-fiber) part by a gang of toroidal segments, besides conditions of such construction material equal strength working can be achieved by using differ toroidal shell layer’s fiber angles. The rigidity of a composite toroidal shell in the radial direction is ensured with the device of strengthening frames in places of segments junctions. The indicated frames practically exclude emerging normal transitions along the equator of separate toroidal segments. An ability to deform the bearing glass-fiber shell in the longitudinal direction is eliminated rigid along the balloon by the steel protective shell.
The analysis of the “one-pass” surface-to surface contact between the composite shell and the steel one shows reducing of the equivalent stress values.
