Abstract	Аналізується формування професійної компетентності майбутніх лікарів під час навчання у вищих навчальних закладах медичного спрямування за умови запровадження компетентнісного підходу до освіти. Анализируется формирование профессиональной компетентности будущих врачей во время обучения в высших учебных заведениях медицинского направления при условии внедрения компетентностного подхода к образованию. Higher professional education changes in accordance with the requirements of modern society and labor market which need in the maximally adapted, effective, competitive specialists. Formation problem of professional competence of specialist in each direction is in field of view of many disciplines. In the modern world exactly the professional competence of future specialist is examined as an index of education quality. Therefore study and analysis of features of its formation process in all directions, in particular medical one, is foreground problem of pedagogical science. Higher medical education at all signs belongs to higher professional one which is completed by the obtaining of certain professional qualification in accordance with direction of preparation and educational qualification level. However examination of medical education functioning and its progress trend can not be dissociated from the world context of development of the system of health protection that or other country, system of general education, and specificity of medical education also.
