Abstract	Leading the production in the modern, turbulent environment close to the high level of competitiveness of product as well as in the era of globalization, becomes even harder than it occurs. Therefore new methods are being searched in the field of production management which should optimize it and lead to the growth of its profitability, however it does not have to lead to the maximization of profits.
