Abstract	Today, it is safe to say that high technologies rule the world. With these technologies we are marching forward to a better future What only yesterday seemed unattainable, today is already shaping the way of life and people‘s values: from high-speed aircraft to high-speed trains that save the time; from biomaterials to artificial hands; from digital libraries, online universities and courses to the advanced settings of deep drilling of the earth's crust. Thanks to information technologies we can meet people living far away in completely different countries and cities.
