Abstract	Economic growth, increasing of GDP may be accompanied by deterioration in the quality of life, including thanks to growth of the pollution level. This applies particularly to countries that are developing and structure of their manufacture is changing too slowly, while remaining enterprises are focused on the use of technology dangerous for the environment.
