Abstract	Quality assurance and focus on performance management is the urgent need of time in today’s business environment. Among the quality assurance, student evaluations of teaching (SET) is always debatable by researchers and academicians. Keeping in consideration the need of high quality education this paper tends investigate the perception of faculty and student about the Student Evaluations of Teaching (SET).
