Abstract	Telemedicine - a modern informatization trend of medicine that involves the use of modern information and communication technologies for remote diagnosis and treatment, assistance in emergency situations and training of medical staff. Telemedicine is one of the application areas of medical science and it’s developing is very fast. The main goal of telemedicine is to create conditions under which the assistance of highly qualified medical professionals will be available not only to residents of large cities, but also to those patients who live far from specialized medical centers and are unable to get an advice of a doctor. This issue is extremely important for Ukraine as urgent medical advice is often vital.
