Abstract	At the present stage of development of the world the role of information technology increases and its introduction into all areas of activity, which significantly changes the structure of society. Information field is a collection of information, information infrastructure, entities engaged in the collection, creation, dissemination and use of information and appropriate regulation of social relations.
