Abstract	The authors proposed a decentralized approach to managing decentralized solid domestic wastes, which consists in application of individual gathering by phone call of organic part of waste which sorted out by population. The need for this approach is aimed at the receiving of a valuable resource component (organics for biogas) and creating conditions for the implementation of a centralized waste residual mass sorting.
