Abstract	Since the moment at SSU is no system that allowed to collect the views of students in the learning process there was a need for a monitoring system to ensure the quality of the learning process. The system is implemented as a web application. Represents an online questionnaire, which allows students to assess the quality of the educational process and competence of teachers. The system will make a detailed analysis of the results and receive data in a convenient representation. The system has three levels of access: administrator, student representative of the department, which delineates the interoperability of the system. The monitoring system will facilitate the provision of quality education at Sumy State University.
