Abstract	Fuzzy model thermal image analysis diagnostic information system was described. Input and output linguistic variables of fuzzy model of information system diagnostic of breast cancer in women were characterized. Selection of membership functions was realized. Fuzzy knowledge base was created on the basis of expert statements.
