Abstract With the first years of schooling the students formed a culture of motor activity and how effective it will be depends on the quality of physical education teachers of primary school. The last few years of primary school is working on a new program "Physical Culture" for grades 1-4 is designed according to the State standard primary education (approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.04.2011 number 462).
