Щодо надання навчальними закладами додаткових платних неосвітніх послуг

Abstract

У статті на основі аргументів вчених та зарубіжного досвіду запропоновано шляхи удосконалення надання навчальними закладами додаткових неосвітніх платних послуг.

В статье на основе аргументов ученых и зарубежного опыта предложены пути совершенствования предоставления учебными заведениями дополнительных необразовательных платных услуг.

At the present stage of development of various sectors of economy Ukraine situation poses educational institutions task alone make additional funds needed for its core activities. Based on the arguments of scientists and foreign experience suggests the ways to improve the provision of educational institutions of additional not-educational paid services. Property of educational institution be paid off – bring educational institution that it owns, uses, and can also dispose greater material and immaterial income and benefits as compared to its own value. The easiest way of ensuring payback the property educational institutions is providing the latest temporary free of its fixed assets leased to commercial economic entities. Further additional not-educational paid economic activity is often connected with educational activity (activities to enable the accommodation, food, communications, transportation, provision of necessary materials consumers of educational services), but may not be connected (activities to lease to other economic entities premises for shops, bookstores, coffee shops, pharmacies, production workshops, barns, etc.). To improve the effectiveness of educational institutions activitie proposed to expand the list of types not-educational paid economic activities, but not reducing educational activities. To improve the efficiency of property educational institutions offered property assets, that are not currently used to the management transfer or lease to entrepreneurs through appropriate agreements. While contracts should carefully calculate the term and cost to determine precisely, based on the provisions legislation with the participation the managers of property educational institutions.
