Abstract	У монографії досліджується інститут глави держави, зокрема, історія становлення і розвитку цього інституту у світі і в Україні. Статус глави держави аналізується крізь призму єдності його структурної, функціональної та організаційної складової. Значна увага приділяється впливу на інститут глави держави форми держави та її елементів. The monograph is investigated Institute of head of state in particular, the history of formation and development this institution in the world and in Ukraine. The status of head of state is analyzed in the light of the unity of its structural, functional and organizational component. Much attention is paid to the impact the Institute of head of state form of state and its elements.
