Abstract	У розділі проаналізовано останні зміни законодавства України в сфері бюджетного регулювання і контролю. Визначено, що ці зміни значно ускладнюють трансформацію системи контролю державних фінансів в напрямку запровадження державного аудиту, спричиняють гальмування процесу демократичних реформ, започаткованих в державі. In the section analyzing recent changes in legislation of Ukraine in the field of budgetary management and control. Determined that these changes greatly complicate the transformation of control of public finances towards the introduction of state audit, causing inhibition of the democratic reforms initiated in the state.
