Abstract |
Ischemic atherothrombotic stroke (IAS) is the most common form of cerebrovascular disease. It is promotes the development of endothelial dysfunction and significant role belongs to endothelin-1. It is believe that gene polymorphisms of EDN1 could lead to stroke. |
