Abstract	Автором визначено склад зовнішніх факторів, що впливають на формування прибутку банків України, та, на основі проведених аналітичних досліджень та врахування прогнозних даних на 2012 рік, визначено, що їх вплив буде негативним. Автором також сформовано систему внутрішніх факторів, що впливатимуть на формування прибутку банків України. The author defines the composition of external factors that affect their bottom line banks in Ukraine and, through analytical studies and consideration of projected data for 2012, determined that their impact will be negative. The author has also set up a system of internal factors that affect their bottom banks of Ukraine.
