Abstract	Government regulation is a necessary condition for the existence and development of any country today. One of the most effective instruments of state regulation of the economy are the taxes. It is for them to state not only creates a source of funding socially necessary costs, but also provides the necessary preconditions for the establishment of restructuring the national economy and its growth. Банки є необхідним та принципово важливим елементом економічної системи, що виступають у ролі фінансових посередників, забезпечуючи умови для стабільного функціонування національного господарства. Одним з основних важелів впливу на функціонування банків є система оподаткування, яка окрім своєї фіскальної функції, покликана спрямовувати їх діяльність в інтересах розвитку національної економіки в цілому.
