Indentified basic development challenges of stock market infrastructure and proposed solutions. Розглянуто особливості функціонування основних елементів торгової інфраструктури фондового ринку. Охарактеризовано діяльність організаторів торгівлі та систем які вони використовують. Названо основні проблеми розвитку торгової інфраструктури фондового ринку та запропоновано шляхи їх вирішення.
