Abstract	Grammatical peculiarities of contract translation are characterised by high usage of verbals. The text of contract is presented mostly with infinitive and participial constructions. Among infinitive constructions those ones with the Simple / Indefinite and Perfect Infinitives are singled out as adjuncts to active and passive (only in newspapers and contracts) verbs and the Simple Infinitives as complex adjuncts to active verbs. З лінгвістичної точки зору контракт є типом документу оскільки будь-яка домовленість надає документально фіксовану інформацію. У статті представлені граматичні особливості перекладу контрактів як типу тексту.
