Abstract	The article deals with the content and direction of the interaction of banks and insurance companies in the financial market. The author examines the economic and social conditions, as well as exploring forms and prospects for integration of financial services companies of the banking and insurance business in Ukraine. В статті розглянуті зміст та напрямки взаємодії банків і страхових компаній на фінансовому ринку. Автор вивчає економічні та соціальні передумови, а також досліджує форми та перспективи інтеграції фінансових компаній банківського і страхового бізнесу в Україні.
