Дієвість міжбанківських кредитів у розвитку банківської системи

Abstract

У дисертаційній роботі обґрунтовано теоретичні основи та визначено шляхи удосконалення міжбанківського кредитування в Україні. Розглянуто теоретичні аспекти міжбанківського кредитування. Сформовано основні підходи до визначення міжбанківського кредиту, міжбанківського кредитного ринку та їх особливостей в умовах перехідного періоду. Обґрунтовано переваги міжбанківських кредитів над іншими джерелами поповнення ресурсної бази банків. Досліджено види міжбанківського кредиту, здійснено класифікацію інструментів міжбанківського кредитування та розглянуто специфіку його сегментів. Сформульовано специфічні функції міжбанківського кредиту. Запропоновано власне трактування дієвості міжбанківських кредитів, проведено дослідження наукових підходів до визначення дієвості міжбанківських кредитів на макро- та мікроекономічному рівнях. Проаналізовано сучасний стан та обґрунтовано практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення міжбанківського кредитування. Запропоновано удосконалення організації ринку міжбанківських кредитів. Внесено пропозиції щодо шляхів вдосконалення механізмів рефінансування комерційних банків та цінових індикаторів міжбанківського кредитного ринку. This dissertation work considers the theoretical bases and certainly offers the ways of improvement of the crediting among the banks in Ukraine. The theoretical aspects of the crediting among the banks are considered. Basic approaches are formed to determine of the crediting among the banks, crediting market among the banks and their features in the conditions of transitional period. It is proved the advantages of the crediting among the banks among the other sources of addition of the resource base of banks. It is explored the types of the crediting among the banks, classification of instruments of the crediting among the banks is carried out and the specific of its segments is considered. The specific functions of crediting among the banks are formulated. The own interpretation of effectiveness of crediting among the banks is offered, the research of scientific approaches is conducted to determine the effectiveness of the crediting among the banks on mackro- and to mickro- levels. The modern condition is analysed and offered the practical recommendations in order to improve of crediting among the banks. The improvement of organization of crediting market among the banks is offered, the ways of perfection of mechanisms of refunding of commercial banks and indicators of prices of crediting market among the banks.
