Abstract	The paper discusses existing methods of human resources management. It introduces new modeling method, that is based on the cluster analysis. This method can be used at the Employment Services for the validity of employees selection rise. У статті розглядаються існуючі методи управління людськими ресурсами. На основі кластерного аналізу запропонован новий метод моделювання, який може бути використан в службі зайнятості.
