Розвиток банківського інвестиційного кредитування в Україні

Abstract

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of guidance, institutional and infrastructural maintenance of bank investment lending in Ukraine. The author has deepened approaches to the interpretation of the essence of bank investment lending; specified the classification of its kinds and forms; substantiated problems and prospects as well as main determinants and aims of its development in Ukraine; improved methodological tools of risk management in banking investment lending; researched its effect on the development of small and medium enterprises; formalized subject-object relationship between banking investment lending and financial soundness of Ukrainian banking system; generalized directions of its state regulation in various countries; substantiated the mechanism of development of investment banks and special investment zones in Ukraine; defined directions of interaction between banks and hedge funds in the process of bank investment lending.

У дисертації удосконалено методичне, інституціональне та інфраструктурне забезпечення розвитку БІК в Україні. Поглиблено підхід до трактування сутності БІК, уточнено класифікацію його видів та форм, удосконалено методичний інструментарій управління ризиками БІК, обґрунтовано основні детермінанти та цільові пріоритети його розвитку в Україні, досліджено його вплив на розвиток малого та середнього бізнесу, формалізовано суб’єктно-об’єктні взаємозв’язки БІК та фінансової стійкості банківської системи України, узагальнено напрямки державного регулювання БІК в різних країнах, обґрунтовано механізм розвитку в Україні спеціалізованих інвестиційних банків та спеціальних інвестиційних зон, визначено напрямки взаємодії банків та хедж-фондів в процесі БІК.
