Управління портфелем цінних паперів інститутів спільного інвестування

Abstract

Дисертаційне дослідження присвячене розвитку теоретичної бази та прак-тичних механізмів управління ресурсною базою, ліквідністю та портфелем цін-них паперів ІСІ з урахуванням специфіки фондового ринку України. В роботі узагальнено теоретичні основи здійснення операцій з цінними паперами та портфельного інвестування, досліджено місце ринку цінних паперів в структурі фінансового ринку, визначено перспективи розвитку фондового ринку та ІСІ в Україні, сформовано систему управління портфелем цінних паперів ІСІ, розро-блено механізм врахування сек’юритизації капіталу підприємств галузі при фо-рмуванні галузевої стратегії управління активами ІСІ, запропоновано механізм управління адекватністю ресурсної бази ІСІ, розвинуто підходи до стратегічно-го управління ризиками ІСІ за етапами життєвого циклу портфеля цінних папе-рів, поглиблено підходи до управління його ліквідністю; запропоновано напрям-ки вдосконалення стратегії інфраструктурного та інституційного державного регулювання фондового ринку в Україні, розвинуто науково-методичні підходи до впровадження політики транспарентності в діяльність ІСІ в Україні. The dissertation is devoted to the development of theoretical framework and practical mechanisms of resource base, liquidity and portfolio management in mutual funds, considering specificity of Ukrainian stock market. The paper summarizes the theoretical foundations of transactions with securities and portfolio investment, ex-plored the securities market place in the structure of the financial market, perspec-tives of development of the stock market and mutual funds in Ukraine, the system of portfolio management of mutual funds, developed the mechanism of incorporation of the branch securitization of business capital field in the formation of branch asset management strategy of mutual funds, the mechanism of the adequacy of the resource base of mutual funds, developed methodological framework of strategic risk man-agement for mutual funds considering the life cycle of its portfolio, enhanced the sci-entific and systematic approaches to managing its liquidity and proposed ways to im-prove infrastructure and institutional strategy for public stock market regulation in Ukraine, developed scientific and methodological approaches to the implementation of transparency in the activities of mutual funds in Ukraine.
