Abstract

Sjurkalo B.I. The planning in system of financial management of bank. – Manuscript. The dissertation for a candidate of economic science degree in specialty 08.00.08 – Money, finance and credit. – Higher Educational Establishment the “Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine”, Sumy, 2008. Theoretical and practical principles of planning in the system of financial management of bank institutions are improved. Essence of the process of the financial planning and determination of ways of its improving on the basis of using the system of the effective financial planning and complex model of dynamic planning financial processes. Directions of improving the financial planning in a bank are worked out. Necessity of using of technology of financial management on the basis of the system of the balanced indexes is grounded the basic problems of the modern financial planning are specified and directions of its improving are proposed – the use of the financial monitoring in a bank. With the purpose of increase of financial planning efficiency; the method of determination of minimum rate for financial resources management is developed on the basis of the using normative method of costs management.
