Abstract	В дисертації розкрито сутність та значення контролінгу в процесі прийняття управлінських рішень в страховій компанії. Проведено аналіз розвитку страхової діяльності в Україні. Досліджено фінансовий потенціал як чинник виважених управлінських рішень. Розроблено методичний підхід до визначення збалансованості вхідних та вихідних грошових потоків. This thesis explores the essence and meaning of controlling in process of management decision making in the insurance company. Analysis of insurance activity in Ukraine has been performed. Financial potential as a factor of balanced management decisions has been investigated. Methodological approach to the identifying of balance of incoming and outgoing cash flows has been developed.
