Abstract	У статті були досліджені принципи та критерії прийняття ризиків у мікрострахуванні. Проведений порівняльний аналіз традиційного страхування та мікрострахування, визначені переваги мікрострахування для вітчизняного страхового ринку. In the article the principles and criteria for accepting risks in microinsurance are investigated. The comparative analysis of conventional insurance and microinsurance is conducted, benefits of microinsurance for Ukrainian insurance market are determined.
