Abstract	У тезах досліджено сутність фінансових відносин, які виникають між стейкхолдерами банку, розуміння ролі управління діяльністю банків у створенні, розподілі і перерозподілі доданої вартості та місце корпоративного управління в ньому. Іn the theses of the report the essence of financial relations which arise between bank' stakeholders investigated, the role of bank' management in the creation, distribution and redistribution of the bank value added and corporate governance in this process analised.
