Abstract	У статті проаналізовано створення, моделі та доцільність існування інституту інформаційного омбудсмана, проаналізовано доцільність та перспективи введення цього органу в Україні. Запропоновано власну концепцію створення та розвитку даного інституту. The article analyzes the prerequisites for development, models and feasibility of the institute of information “ombudsman”, analyzes the feasibi¬lity and prospects for the introduction of this institution in Ukraine. An own concept creation and development of this institution.
