Abstract	Стаття присвячена проблемам оподаткування операцій з цінними паперами в Україні. В роботі наголошується на тому, що введення додаткового податкового навантаження призвело до погіршення стану фондового ринку та діяльності інституційних інвесторів. This article is devoted to problems of securities transactions' taxation in Ukraine. The paper notes that the introduction of an additional tax has led to a deterioration of the stock market and institutional investors.
