Abstract	Систематизовано підходи до визначення ринку нерухомості, його структури. Визначено роль ринку нерухомості в розвитку національної економіки. Розглянуто наявність взаємозв’язку з фінансовим ринком країни. Визначено ключові відмінності нерухомості як об’єкта ринку. In this research paper the approaches to the definition of the real estate market and its structure are given. The pole of the real estate market in the development of the national economy is defined. The features of the real estate as an object of the real estate market are presented. The interrelationship between the real estate market and the financial markets is examined.
