Abstract	У статті зазначено основні характеристики ліквідності ринку похідних фінансових інструментів: глибина, щільність, пружність. У роботі досліджується основні риси пружності як вимірника ліквідності і її індикатори. Зокрема, сформульовано визначення пружності для ринку ПФІ як вплив операції на ціну ПФІ та швидкість з якою ціни досягають нового рівня рівноваги після будь-яких коливань цін через великий обсяг операцій, ринкові шоки та інформаційний вплив. The article notes the main characteristics of the market liquidity of financial derivatives: depth, tightness, resiliency. In this paper the basic features of resiliency as a measure of liquidity and its indicators. In particular, the definition of resiliency formulated for financial derivatives market as the impact of the transaction on the price of the financial derivatives and the speed with which prices reach a new equilibrium after any price fluctuations through the large volume of transactions, market and information shocks.
