Abstract	Охарактеризовано основні підсистеми, сфери та ланки фінансової системи Німеччини з метою виявлення особливостей її будови та сучасних проблем функціонування. Проаналізований сучасний стан бюджетної системи, виявлено основні тенденції, причини зміни структури та запропоновано напрями її удосконалення. Досліджений стан та структура державного боргу Німеччини у кризовий та посткризовий період, виявлені основні причини зростання заборгованості The main subsystems of the sphere and the links of the financial system in Germany with the aim to reveal the peculiarities of its structure and modern problems of functioning. Analyzed the current state of the budgetary system, identified the main trends, the causes of changes in the structure and main directions of its improvement. The condition and structure of the state debt to Germany in crisis and post-crisis period, identified the main reasons of increase of debt.
