Abstract	Розглянуто реформи регулювання фінансових ринків країн Європейського союзу, метою яких є відновлення фінансової стабільності. Особливу увагу приділено змінам у системі нагляду та регулювання фінансових ринків, поєднання мікро - і макропруденційних нагляду. The article is devoted to the reforms of regulation of financial markets of countries of the European Union, whose aim is the restoration of financial stability. Special attention is paid to changes in the system of supervision and regulation of financial markets, the combination of micro - and macro-prudential supervision.
