Abstract	Стаття присвячена питанням зміни стратегії діяльності банків в умовах глобалізації. Обґрунтовано необхідність перенесення акцентів на виконання креативної функції капіталу у рамках реалізації стратегії домінування з метою створення транснаціональних банків, які стануть базою підвищення рейтингу України на світових ринках. Описано концептуальну модель підтримки фінансової стійкості банку як стрижня успішних ФПГ. The problems of changes of the bank functioning strategy under the condition of globalization are considered in the paper. Necessity of transmission of accent on creative functions of capital is proved. The realization of bank domination strategy ventures to the founding of the transnational bank, which will become the basis of Ukraine’s rate razing on the world market. The conceptual model of the bank’s financial stability as a basis of flourishing financial-industrial groups are described.
