Abstract	Автором побудовано дескриптивну модель інфраструктури ринку похідних фінансових інструментів, у межах якої виділено регулюючу, операційну, інформаційну та науково-дослідницьку підсистеми в розрізі рівнів (макро-, мезо- та мікрорівень). Також здійснено аналіз підходів до трактування поняття «інфраструктура ринку похідних фінансових інструментів», узагальнення яких дозволило розробити його визначення. The author Descriptive models built infrastructure of derivatives within which highlighted regulatory, operational, information and research in the context of the subsystem levels (macro, meso and micro). Also, the analysis of approaches to the interpretation of the term "infrastructure market derivatives" generalizations are allowed to develop its definition.
