Abstract	Формою правової інформації є мова як певна знакова система. Специфіка роботи юриста полягає в тому, що його головний інструмент – мова. У своїй діяльності він оперує мовними феноменами, які не просто є знаками, а мають зміст і значення. The form of the legal information is language as certain sign system. The main instrument of a lawyers is language. The lawyer uses language phenomena that have content and meaning.
