Abstract	This article is devoted to questions of calculation of liquid-ring machines (LRM). Some processes happening in the machine are considered: evaporation, condensation and absorption. Basic formulas by definition of the sizes characterising these processes at calculation of specific power of LRM on the basis of its thermodynamics model are resulted.
