Abstract	У статті доведено, що відтворення інвестиційного потенціалу території залежить від рівня забезпечення її інвестиційної безпеки. Визначено, що інвестиційна безпека залежить від економічних, політичних, науково-технічних, соціальних, природно-географічних та екологічних факторів. Запропоновано структуру ключових груп факторів, які впливають на інвестиційну безпеку. Доведено, що вищезазначені фактори можуть забезпечувати інвестиційну безпеку і водночас бути джерелом її загроз. It was proved in the article that the reproduction of investment potential of the region depends on the level of investment security. It was determined that the investment security depends on economic, political, scientific, technological, social, natural and geographical and environmental factors. The structure of the key groups of factors that influence investment security was introduced in this article. It was proved that these factors may provide investment security and at the same time can be a source of threats.
