Abstract	У даній статті проаналізовано сучасний стан та особливості формування ресурсної бази українських банків. Розглянуто заходи щодо управління ресурсною базою комерційних банків в посткризових умовах. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення механізму формування та використання банківських ресурсів. The modern state of features of forming of resource base of Ukrainian bank institutions is analyzed. Going is considered near a management the resource base of commercial banks in post-crisis conditions. The ways of improvement of mechanism of forming and use of bank resources are offered.
